Ronald D’Souza

Founder and Director

Ronald holds an MBA degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics from University of Mumbai.


He has cross-functional experience in Human Resources, Marketing and Business Development and was most recently Vice President of Global delivery, tools and processes at Alcatel-Lucent. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young, Kellogg and Procter & Gamble.

Chander Bhardwaj

Director and CEO

Chander holds an accounting degree from Delhi University and has previously worked with Alcatel-Lucent in various Techno Commercial Roles. Most recently he was APAC Insights Lead at CISCO supporting Service Provider market.


He brings in extensive experience in managing complex proposals, analytics and financial structuring besides an overall understanding of business processes.
